About Us

We're Ben and Maranda, a married couple from Northwest Ohio whose path into floral design and event work wasn't exactly planned, but it feels like where we were meant to end up. Maranda has always had a love for flowers, but she fell in love with designs and events working at Ben's best friend's family flower shop. While Maranda fell in love with floral design, Ben fell in love with Maranda, and was ready to support her every step of the way.

Through family that brought us back to Northwest Ohio, we were connected with Gina from Gina Lynne Designs. When the opportunity arose to step in and carry on Gina's legacy, it felt like the right next step. Today, we're building on what Gina created while bringing our own strengths and experiences to the work. Gina opened The Tulip House in August of 2025 and we are looking to continue making it known until it becomes the premier boutique event space in Northwest Ohio.
